Description

Correspondence Courses which include a course book and testing packet for self-study completion of the required 16 HR individual sale agent and/or 8 HR Broker VREB continuing education necessary for license renewal. The courses may be purchased individually or together depending on your continuing education needs. 

16 HR Individual CE Correspondence Course

Completion of this course satisfies the following Individual CE requirements:

  • Three (3) hours in Ethics & Standards of Conduct
  • Two (2) hours in Fair Housing
  • One (1) hour in Legal Updates and Emerging Trends
  • One (1) hour in Real Estate Agency 
  • One (1) hour in Real Estate Contracts
  • Eight (8) hours in Related Content


6 HR RE Management w 2 HR Broker Supervision Laws and Regulations (8 HR CE)

Completion of this course satisfies the following Broker CE requirements:

Six (6) hours in Real Estate Management

Two (2) hours in Broker Supervision Laws and Regulations
