Description

The days of the one-page contract are long gone. This course will identify areas in a contract that bring about the most controversy between sellers, buyers, and agents. understanding these pitfalls will allow the licensee to better serve the public and increase their awareness of the terms of the contract. This course is authorized for 4 hours of CE Credit: 2 HR contract, 2 HR related topics
