Home inventory is in the worst outdated condition, due to many reasons including 2008 market crash and past poor economy.

 OLD School is buying as-is, waiting 10 years for equity or using credit cards for repairs resulting in expensive delays and interest charges.

 NEW School says….

  • STOP shopping weeks viewing dozens of imperfect homes.
  • EVERY home can be made perfect for a Buyer wish list with “Purchase Renovation.”
  • VA, FHA. USDA or Fannie Mae can fund repair/improvement of ANY home within a Purchase money mortgage.
  • Regardless of as-is sales price, loan amount is based on future improved value.
  • Buyer moves into their “Perfect Home” every time, so write an offer on home 2 or 3 rather than home 15.
