The course covers fundamental laws governing the ownership and transfer of real estate\, terminology associated with the real estate industry\, terms of sales contracts\, and other documents used in real estate transactions. In addition\, students will learn about the Virginia regulations that govern the real estate industry\, how mortgages work\, and the advantages and disadvantages of various types of financing. Instruction in fair housing and other federal and state laws that guarantee equal rights and protect consumers will help the student in the practice of real estate.All sales are final\, and all charges are non-refundable. This no-refund policy applies at all times\, regardless of the course type\, product type\, or other purchasable items from Alpha College of Real Estate.Alpha College of Real Estate does not offer any money-back guarantees.
