Description
This course offers essential knowledge on the legal practices governing real estate firms. Students will explore key real estate laws, supervision responsibilities, and the development of effective office policies and procedures. A review of the NAR Code of Ethics is included, highlighting the importance of adhering to ethical standards in daily practice. By the end of the course, students will be better equipped to manage licensees responsibly and uphold the public's trust.
- Six (6) hours in Broker Management
- Two (2) hours in Broker Supervision
