Hors D'Oeuvres:

• Charcuterie display
• Wild Mushroom & Swiss Cheese Tartlet
• Baked Raspberry Brie Tart
• Blackened Tuna with Cucumber Wasabi Aioli
• Beef Lumpia with Plum Sauce

Signature Salad:
Farm field greens, Granny Smith apples, gorgonzola, house-spiced pecans, and honey sherry vinaigrette.

Entrée:
Atlantic salmon & grilled beef medallions with roasted garlic butter sauce, roasted red potatoes, and seasonal vegetable bouquet.

Dessert: (alternating by seat)

• Lemon-Berry Mascarpone Cream Cake or
• Red Velvet Cake with Sea Salt Caramel Sauce

Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-Free Option:
Tian of Grilled Toscana Vegetables – zucchini, squash, mushrooms, asparagus, and peppers, drizzled with basil oil and balsamic reduction.
