Description
All the topics included in the course, once completed by the agent, will provide the agent with a clean understanding of the Virginia Laws and regulations that govern the agent's action regarding these topics. Once a licensee understands these laws and regulations, they will better service their clients, customers, and the public. The current case studies, questions, and answers, give examples of how to apply what is learned. This course is authorized for 8 hours of CE Credit to include the following: 3 hours of Ethics and Standards of Conduct, 2 hours of Fair Housing, 1 hour of Legal Updates w/Flood, 1 hour of Real Estate Agency and 1 hour of related content.
