About

Adam Garrett is a third-generation REALTOR® with Garrett Realty Partners. He began working in real estate marketing in 2014 and became a full-time real estate agent in 2015.

Adam has closed more than 140 transactions as of 9/25/26 and has spent much of his career developing detailed resources and technology-driven tools for buyers and sellers. His work includes hundreds of educational real estate resources covering financing, contracts, inspections, neighborhoods, offer strategy, and the buying and selling process.

For sellers, Adam's marketing can include Matterport 3D tours, Zillow 3D tours, aerial photography and video, and photography of nearby community features and amenities in addition to the property itself. 

For buyers, he uses tools such as Matterport, live and recorded remote showings, and extensive property research to help clients evaluate homes more thoroughly, including when they are purchasing from outside the area.

Adam has been an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot & Matterport user since 2020.

His focus is on combining real estate experience, research, technology, and strong property marketing to give clients a more complete picture of the homes and communities they are considering.
