Eric started his Real Estate career as an acquisition’s analyst for a large national investment Co. He has completed tens of thousands of property valuations, has extensive knowledge in project management and renovations. Eric is an expert in home valuations and market analysis and marketing strategy. His creative thinking and negotiation skills are second to none!! He is now the co-owner and Managing Broker of Verian Realty where he has the freedom to bring all his skills to his clients and help other agents build a successful business.
