Licensed Virginia Realtor Greg Chaplain is the Principal Broker of The Real Estate Group, LLC, following a successful career in real estate sales beginning in 2005 and leadership of the Real Estate Home Team since 2009.

Originally from Lakeville, Massachusetts, Greg earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from West Virginia University before relocating to Hampton Roads. His prior experience managing sales teams in the wine industry—where he developed strong negotiation and communication skills—naturally led to a career in real estate.
