Her family is deeply rooted in the area as well—her daughter is a graduate of Old Dominion University, her son completed his education at First Colonial High School and is now in the workforce, and her youngest is currently attending First Colonial High School.

Kelly began her career in real estate in 1991, gaining extensive experience in both sales and property management. In 2018, she joined Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, one of the nation’s leading residential real estate brokerage firms, which remains family-owned and operated.
