My Name is Jason Bare, and I am a Realtor, Licensed in Virginia & North Carolina, with OWN Real Estate. I’m a native of North Carolina, and relocated to the Hampton Roads area in 2007.

Having worked in the music and entertainment industry for over 25 years, I made the transition to Real Estate back in 2017, and have loved ever minute of it. Coming from a family of Realtors, Brokers, and Contractors gives me a definite edge on the business. My keen eye for design and home styles are definitely a strong suit, but it’s my ability to understand each client’s wants and needs that sets me apart from other agents. I use a great deal of modern technology, including strong social media presence, to enhance marketing strategies not just in our market, but nationwide.

I am a member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, the Albemarle Association of Realtors, as well as the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. I am the Recipient of the Platinum Award in 2020 & 2021 for the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, and have been featured in multiple Real Estate publications, such as The Rising Star for Hampton Roads Real Producers (January 2022), and was the recipient of the Founder’s Award with OWN Real Estate in 2020, for outstanding influence and representation within the firm.
