Ben is a Principal Broker and seasoned full time Realtor® specializing in all facets of residential & commercial sales, listings, relocation and property management. As a Norfolk native and Virginia Beach resident, he knows the history, the Coastal Virginia market, and the advantages each area offers. He prides himself on his real estate knowledge, professionalism, integrity, and communication. Ben is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Past Vice Chair of the Realtor® Lawyer Committee locally. He has won Agent of the Year in both Sales and Property Management. Ben and his wife Mariaelena live in Kempsville in Virginia Beach and they enjoy spending time with their children. Their daughter Monica is a CNA in Northern California and their son Jacob is a Naval Officer stationed in Gulf Port, MS.
