Having been in the real estate business since 1977, Charlee brings a wealth of experience to her many raving fans (i.e., clients).  Having moved often throughout her childhood, she experienced first-hand the difficulties and challenges of establishing a foothold in new communities.  Testimonial after testimonial shared by her clients express the feelings of grateful buyers and sellers who continue to refer her to their family and friends, and who often come back for a 2nd and 3rd (or more) time!  That's the signature of a true professional!

She has served as a mentor to many young professionals entering the business and has a professional profile that few have accomplished.  Charlee served the Chairman of the Board of our local association in 2009, after many years of active service and awards and is the only member that has been awarded "Realtor Salesperson of the Year" twice in the history of HRRA.  In 2018, Charlee was honored to receive the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by the Hampton Roads Realtors Association.

Charlee has also served on the state level as a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 6 years.  Her level of service to our Realtor Associates exemplifies her commitment not only to buyers and sellers but to the real estate industry as a whole.  She also is an active member of the Residential Real Estate Council and served as the Virginia CRS President in 2012 and received the coveted Virginia 2011 CRS of the Year award.
