Originally from Stafford Virginia, Kofi Kwarteng moved to Norfolk to earn an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Military Leadership at Old Dominion University. A member of the Hampton Roads Naval Reserves Officer Training Corps from 2018. Kofi is knowledgeable about the local market having lived in Norfolk for over 4 years. His military background coupled with his engineering studies has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Kofi currently resides in Norfolk Little Creek with his family. He enjoys spending time on the beach and traveling. Kofi proudly volunteers at several great nonprofit organizations downtown Norfolk, including Habitat for Humanity Restore.
