I'm Lester Deane. I've been a Realtor in the Hampton Roads Community for more than 8 years.  It's been a blessing to help many people use real estate to design the life they want to live, the way they want to live it. Whether selling a home they own, owning a new home, or investing to build a legacy for the future.

Many years ago, I was a police detective (Yeah, I know) in the United States Virgin Islands.  I know what it's like to make a transition in life to create the sort of life you want to live. I'm a proud father of two boys.  One adult and one toddler.  Our oldest is an entrepreneur like his parents. He runs his sound recording studio out of a shipping container in Pungo while he networks and builds his music career both here and across the country. Our toddler is doing everything that toddlers should do.  We’re incredibly impressed with him every day. 

If I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, visiting farmers’ markets, and coffee roasters, or finding secluded beaches to hang out at.  Some days I can be found restoring some beautiful piece of wood furniture we’ve found, taking care of things around the house, or, if I plan my time well enough, in my oldest son’s studio having the time of my life creating a piece of music.  Having grown up in NYC in the ’90s, I’m influenced by hip-hop culture but absolutely love Jazz, Gospel, and R&B.
