John Castiglioni is a Realtor with Exit Realty Central and serves all of Hampton Roads, VA.  His office is located at 870 N. Military Highway in Norfolk. This location allows him quick and easy access to all of Hampton Roads and provides a central location to meet with his clients.

John comes from new-home construction sales here in the Hampton Roads area, and has transitioned to be a realtor to be able to fully serve his clients’ needs.  As a Realtor, John specializes in working with first time home buyers as well as residential sellers.  He has helped many first time homebuyers reach their dream of becoming a homeowner.  He has worked extensively with our service men and women from all branches of the military.  Specializing in military relocations, first time home purchases for active duty and retired military service personnel, as well as helping find forever homes for those retired members.

John’s experience in home sales, as well as his extensive background in customer service allows him to work with people from all walks of life, in different parts of their lives - making sure that everyone feels confident about the decisions they are making.  Prior to being a realtor John worked in new home construction as a Sales and Marketing representative with Ryan Homes.  His focus has always been on making each client’s experience one that works best for them.  His client’s put their trust in him, and he has worked diligently, honestly, and ethically to make sure that their needs are met.  When you trust the people you work with, great things happen.
