Description
The Proctored Pre-Licensing Exam is a required, monitored test that must be completed at the end of your Principles of Real Estate and Broker Pre-Licensing courses. It ensures the integrity of the exam process and confirms that you have mastered the material covered in your coursework. Successful completion is necessary to meet state education requirements and move forward toward your real estate licensing exam.
What to Bring:
- Valid photo ID
- Pencil
- Calculator
Important: No personal items, except those specifically permitted, are allowed in the exam room. This includes cell phones, bags/purses, books, or any additional materials. NO EXCEPTIONS!
