Description
After successfully completing the broker law course, you will be able to list and explain the courses that a person might use to determine the answer to a question regarding real estate law, define diversity jurisdiction and federal question jurisdiction, diagram the relationship and describe the function of each of the following: state supreme court, intermediate appellate court, courts of general jurisdiction, and special courts; and describe the benefits of alternative dispute resolution, the forms it may take and how it may be imposed.
