Description
Get the tools you need to establish & manage a successful real estate brokerage firm. Learn how to become a leader and manage by improving communication skills; planning, organizing your office; understanding ethics, finances, marketing and advertising; hiring and directing your staff; tips for monitoring your operations; risk management and more. Students will form groups and create a real estate firm from the ground up then present their project to the class at the end of the course.$300 HRRA Member

Purchase of course textbook is required. Course will run in person beginning Monday, July 15th through Monday, July 22nd from 9am to 1pm daily.
